LEARNING JOURNEY – RIOJA ALAVESA

A journey through Rioja Alavesa specially designed for young talents in hospitality and sommellerie, offering them the opportunity to discover the region through its products, wineries and gastronomy. An experience focused on discovery, learning and connecting with local producers and projects, culminating in an outdoor dinner in one of Laguardia’s most remarkable settings. A menu built around seasonal produce and paired with a carefully curated selection of exceptional wines brought the day to a close, with territory, gastronomy and wine taking centre stage.
