In December 2025, together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA), we organized the Young Gastronomy Talent Gathering, held at Espacio Larra in Madrid, bringing together nearly 200 young professionals from the sector. We designed and coordinated a full programme of content — including keynote talks, debates and round tables — focused on the challenges and opportunities facing gastronomy today. Two gastronomic moments accompanied the event, featuring a culinary proposal created by young talents and collaborators, highlighting #FoodsOfSpain products.
