Third edition of this collaborative project between Basquetour and Basque Culinary Center, held in Tokyo, Japan. We designed an experience that combined institutional recognition and gastronomy, showcasing Basque culture in an international context. The evening concluded with a cocktail reception where Basque and Japanese products came together to celebrate the connection between territories and the awarded profiles.
